On January 17, The Culinary Institute of the Pacific (CIP) students had the opportunity to cook with Francis and Sheldon on campus at Kapiolani Community College. The students prepared seven dishes from Sheldon’s book Cook Real Hawaii (edited by Francis) and concluded their hands-on cooking session with a talk-story lunch.
