Salvatore Coppola

Salvatore “Salvo” Coppola is an instructor in the Culinary Arts program at Kapiʻolani Community College. He teaches courses including fundamentals of cookery, continental cuisine, garde manger and apprenticeship-based culinary training. Before teaching, he built extensive professional culinary experience, including work as an executive chef for Princess Caroline of Monaco from 1988 to 2011.
