Matthew Egami

Matthew Egami is an Assistant Professor and Culinary Arts Program Coordinator at Leeward Community College. His teaching areas include culinary safety, menu planning, cookery, supervision, and externship education. Drawing on experience as a line cook, kitchen manager, sous chef, and chef, he combines industry expertise with academic leadership. He was recognized with the Dale P. Parnell Faculty Distinction Recognition Award for his commitment to student achievement.
