Lee Shinsato

Lee Shinsato has worked in various areas of the hospitality industry for more than 40 years. He has worked a wide range of positions in the culinary industry. Baker, dishwasher, bartender, cook, prep cook, front-of-the-house supervisor, assistant manager, built and operated own restaurant, beverage account manager, restaurant equipment account manager and more. He formally taught "at-risk youth" and currently teaches incarcerated students at men's and women's correctional facilities.
