Lee Alan Dung, CEC, CHE

Lee Alan Dung is an Instructor in the Culinary Arts program at Leeward Community College and a graduate of Kapiʻolani Community College’s Culinary Arts program. His culinary career spans more than 30 years across Hawaiʻi and the continental United States. He has trained internationally and earned multiple American Culinary Federation gold medals in professional culinary competitions. As a Certified Executive Chef, he brings extensive industry experience and a global perspective to culinary education.
