Grant Itomitsu

Grant Itomitsu is the Culinary Arts Department Chair at Kapiʻolani Community College and part of the Culinary Institute of the Pacific. He helps lead culinary education programs that prepare students for careers in food service, hospitality and professional cooking. His work includes supporting hands-on culinary training, program development and industry-connected learning opportunities for students. Through his leadership, he contributes to strengthening Hawaiʻi’s culinary workforce and advancing culinary education across the University of Hawaiʻi system.
