Gary Manago

Gary Manago is an Instructor in Culinary Arts at Leeward Community College with more than 25 years of experience in food and beverage management. His professional background includes leadership roles in hotels, resorts, restaurants, and convention operations. In addition to teaching hospitality and dining room operations, he serves as Vice Chairperson of the Hawaiʻi Culinary Foundation.
