David Ghio

David Ghio is a Lecturer at Hawaiʻi Community College’s Pālamanui campus, where he teaches courses in Culinary Arts and related disciplines. His instructional areas include sanitation and safety, menu merchandising, food and beverage purchasing, cost control, hospitality management, and quantitative methods. He helps students build the operational and business skills necessary for success in the hospitality industry.
