Dan Wetter

Daniel “Dan” Wetter is an associate professor and pastry chef instructor in the Culinary Arts program at Kapiʻolani Community College. His teaching focuses on baking and pastry, including fundamentals of baking, intermediate baking, artisan breads and pastries. He is also the pastry chef instructor for Ka ‘Ikena Laua‘e, KCC's student dining experience.
