Craig Omori

Craig Omori is an Assistant Professor and Culinary Arts Program Coordinator at UH Maui College. He leads hands-on culinary education programs that prepare students for careers in food service and hospitality. His work includes supporting student learning through the Pāʻina Market, scholarship initiatives, and community service projects. He was part of the UH Maui College Culinary Team recognized for providing meals and support following the Maui wildfires.
